Shipping Policy to Canadian Residents (Cost Under $10): 

If you purchase an item and shipping is less then $10 this item will be mailed Canada Post with no tracking. Parcels can take anywhere from 1 week to 4 weeks to arrive across Canada this method. We are not responsible for your products arrival if you choose this method of shipping

Shipping Policy to Canada Residents (Cost Over $10): 

If you purchase an item and shipping is more then $10 your item will be mailed Canada Post with Tracking. Depending on the value of your item the item may also require signature & be fully insured. 

Shipping Policy to USA Residents (Cost Under $20):
All items will be shipped standard USPS First Class. Any Duty, Taxes, and Tariffs are the responsibility of the customer to pay for. Unless other shipping options are picked, your item will be shipped this method into the USA. 

How Shipping Works for Customers in USA & International Locations: 

1) Mailed via UPS Tuesday to Ontario (Chit Chats Express). 
2) Arrives in Ontario, Canada Thursday. 
3) Arrives to USPS Friday.
4) Tracking Starts Friday. 
5) Items are delivered generally between Monday to Wednesday of that following week. 

Items normally arrive 1 week from the original Tuesday we ship out form (USA LOCATIONS ONLY). 

Shipping Policy to USA Residents (Cost Over $20):

At checkout you have the option to pick UPS for shipping on expensive items. If you choose this option, the item will be mailed once payment has cleared (3 days). All items mailed via UPS will include tracking, insurance and will require signature. The item's value will be declared at full value. You the customer are responsible for all related taxes and duty. 

Importing Products Purchased from Hub City Time:

All customers are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country that you request it to be shipped to. When purchasing from Hub City Time, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Everest Horology Products does not take responsibility for customs inspections not passing nor do we take responsibility for items taking extended periods of times processing through customs. All orders will be shipped within 72 hours of purchase or sooner.  

Policy for Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept Returns/Exchanges for any product purchased from Hub City Time unless otherwise noted. All items are sold as is. We are not responsible if you order the wrong product or part. You will receive exactly what you purchase from us. We are not responsible for Customs fees and taxes for returned goods into / from foreign countries
